Teledyne ODI Field Service Team
The Company maintains a staff of experienced
technicians and support personnel strategically located in the USA, Europe and
South America to service the diverse demands of the various market sectors
served by the Company.
With more than 50 man-years of experience in servicing electrical and optical
field installations, Teledyne ODI's technicians are certified to work in the most
extreme environments such as offshore oil & gas facilities. Technicians
also hold current Survival and Medical certification enabling them to be
mobilized on short notice to demanding regions such as West Africa.
Each technician undergoes extensive training in the
installation and maintenance techniques required to support the Company's range
of electrical and optical products including connectors, terminations and
distribution systems. When on assignment, either individually or as team, the
technicians are self-sufficient, bringing to the worksite the tools and support
spares necessary to complete the service call in a timely manner.
The Field Service Team maintains an around-the-clock service that includes
representatives from Engineering for technical support and Operations for
manufacturing/spare parts support of the field teams.

For routine scheduling you also have the option of using the online
Field Service Order Form. This form contains the questions typically
asked when scheduling field service activity. This group is managed by our
field service team, and the field support group. Using this for scheduling /
re-scheduling enables the entire group to be "on board" with your needs.
